Led Watermark China since 2014, managing senior living communities in Shanghai, Shandong and Chongqing and forming a JV with China Taiping, China Tourism Group’s subsidiaries. Watermark is a top 10 developer, owner and operator of senior living communities and a well-known CCRC operator in the US, managing 72 communities including active adult, independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing with 12,000+ units and $3B+ assets. 

Previously, Tony worked for M3 Capital Partners partnering with Belmont Village Senior Living, IBM and China Offshore Oil Company. Tony holds MS in Real Estate Development from MIT, MAS in Building Engineering from Concordia University, and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Southwest Petroleum University.
