I'm an English tutor based in Korea with a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle, which has been a hobby of mine since 2014. I've completed courses in nutritionology and biomechanics, enabling me to enhance both the health and beauty of the body while embracing life's joys. Additionally, my interest in psychology and public speaking over the past 5 years has led me to become a mentor for women, empowering them in various aspects of their lives.
