Job Description

This role is responsible for the proactive role in supporting Pipette Calibration Center and development, product management and implementation of marketing campaigns that have an impact to the organization growth. Marketing specialist for Pipette Calibration Center will interact through calibration facility and supporting the calibration team and MKT team more focusing on onsite activities, pipette calibration and MKT activities through revenue driven promotions and growth. The candidate will use broad insight to attract, engage and convert customers in an environment where you can make a difference – to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

The main duties of this individual will be to support the pipette calibration center and LPE products sales within the marketing team. This will include but not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to marketing campaigns that deliver awareness, engagement and pipeline for pipette calibration centers.
  • Measure and report performance to track campaign results and uncover relevant insights, content gaps, and opportunities for purposeful online dialog within targeted segments.
  • Accountable for marketing related projects and operational tasks related with pipette and its calibration working more focusing on on-site activities with commercial teams.
  • Product maintenance training to channels and customers
  • Positioning our products and establishing mid-long term strategies through competitive market research.

Job Requirements

I. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or other related technical fields

II. Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2C or B2B customer-driven marketing or product management for general lab consumables
  • Practice using marketing systems to drive lead generation campaigns and achieve daring sales goals
  • A solid understanding of general science market, optimization techniques and tools
  • Proven track record of creating, optimizing and reinventing campaigns to constantly improve results.

III. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Fluent English skill required
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple organizations to successful completion of project
  • Experience of a fast pace commercial environment and to prioritize workload effectively
