Job Description

Job requirements

– Bachelor degree

– Minimum of five years’ experience executing recruitment and talent acquisition practices

– Has knowledge of Human Resources and management concepts
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong time management and organizational skills

– Has initiative to identify problems and opportunities to be proactive

– Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.

– Fluent in English both in written and verbal communication.

– Highly adaptable and flexible 

Job Requirements

– Minimum 2 years work experience in the communication field
– Previous experience in relation to AE/Digital Advertising field is preferred
– Fluency in English

– Strong understanding of the local media landscape (all channels: Broadcast, Print, New Media, Influencers, Creators) and already possessing a strong network for possible opportunities.
– Broad production knowledge (photography, text, moving images).
– Highly efficient and effective project management and organizational skills.
– Experience in campaign reporting.
– MS skills.  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
