Job Description

Job Title : Talent Acquisition Manager


To support business by providing the best talent acquisition service to Corporate and Store for all brands/channel in local level. To be responsible for end to end Recruitment process across the corporate and store network, as well as to be responsible for talent recruitment system. ATS. To support all improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of Talent requisition, guarantying a smooth communication and prompt settlement of requests across the teams internally and externally.


  • Provide professional, end to end recruitment service to the business ensuring Recruits talented professionals in the most effective and timely way
  • Manage, lead, support and ensure the effective implementation and adoption of all the recruiting activities for all position for Corporate, Product specialist and Above positions for Store positions and other strategic positions for specific market
  • Source, screen and interview talented candidates for shortlist submission to the HR manager and Store HR Manager
  • Manage and consult with responsible stakeholders to successfully close requisitions in regards to the shortest recruitment lead-time at the highest cost-savings.
  • Manage 90 days on-board meeting for post-recruitment attachment purpose with candidates/employees
  • Develop powerful recruiting and employer branding strategies by leveraging key partners within the organization
  • Drive strategic planning and regular meetings with HR/Store HR Manager, Retail operation manager and other functional leadership to understand trends as well as current and upcoming talent requirements in order to build a strategy to support overall recruitment effectiveness for both corporate and retail
  • Develop engaging attraction strategies to attract niche positions – Managers, Product specialists, and other strategic key positions
  • Review the compensation package with HR Manager and C&B Team to ensure the offer package is fully competitive in the Market
  • Deliver strategic compensation offer to candidate with most attractive selling skills and strategic employer branding to maximize offer acceptance rate
  • Coach and influence HR/Store HR Manager, Retail operation manager and other functional leadership to gain alignment on all aspects of talent acquisition including candidate collaboration, resource allocation and funding requirements
  • Champion global recruiting initiatives and lead change efforts to ensure harmonized implementation of strategies, standards and processes across all areas of support
  • Ensure a strong knowledge of each of Prada Group Functions, Markets, Teams and Roles to be able to understand current and future talent requirements and build strategies to support these areas
  • Define, develop, explore and implement the most efficient sourcing channel strategy including digital tools for local market to attract qualified candidate pool
  • Proactively participate in preparation & execution for all recruitment activities such as recruitment day, campus-recruiting, job fairs and scouting
  • Manage, track and plan the recruitment budget and spending for utmost cost efficiency
  • Manage all contracts, payments & various projects with local job-board, search firms and internal referral program
  • Utilizing data, trends and customer information to gather insights to drive appropriate candidate generation and talent pool strategies
  • In-charge of managing recruiting KPI and operating global recruiting system, ATS
  • Responsible for all recruitment data to be prepared & updated monthly/quarterly/ annually dashboards for various HR reports

Job Requirements


  • University Degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in recruiting (agency or in-house) covering corporate and high volume recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of the Global luxury retail industry is strongly preferred
  • Proactive, positive attitude, collaborative and team oriented with strong communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
