Job Description

We’re looking for a talented analyst to join our team. You will support our sales team by providing key decision-making data and information for sales and ongoing campaigns, reporting and analysis to understand the effectiveness of the programs and provide insights and improvement recommendations. Success in this position requires deep understanding of our ad products, it’s use and work with leads across functions and markets to identify potential opportunities for testing in order to understand the drivers of retention and growth for the business. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Prepare Industry Benchmarks and Vertical Market Research by applying expertise in analysis, data mining. 

2. Analyze and prepare reports and recommendations on different commercial verticals to optimize our branding and performance inventories. 

3. Maintain reports to monitor performance of our sales and analyze the effectiveness of ad placement, find growth areas and evaluate the potential of key and middle market clients. 

4. Build a logical narrative in an analytical presentation for the client and internal users based on probabilistic modeling.

5. Partner with sales team through recommendations on the ad strategy and implementation of changes such as figuring out the best product packages and product pricing.

6. Organize the collection and delivery of the necessary data from different sources while working with TikTok internal tools and analytical systems. 

7. Build the basic report flow for Client Solutions Team to deliver support for long term business development from strategy to execution of campaign. 

Job Requirements


1. Bachelor’s degree in statistics or other equivalent field 

2. At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and any analyst role 

3. Experience in SQL, Python, R have worked with databases and data visualization 

4. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance (Desirable if this experience is within Media or mobile app based industry) 

5. Ability to solve complex non-standard tasks independently. 

6. Proficiency in English & Korean; Chinese is a plus.
