[Summary]
This person will provide inputs from Korea to global/regional marketing and will also work closely with other country/cluster marketers who lead the local execution of the global strategy. This individual will capture and utilize Korea specific insights for local market expansion and market access strategies. This position will also serve as a strategic partner with colleagues in other functions, including but not limited to Field Sales Forces, Global/Regional Strategic Marketing, IT and HEMA (Health Economics and Market Access).
Throughout the product lifecycle, as a strategic partner, this person will lead the development and execution of a strategic plan to effectively integrate the SaaS and SaMD products at customer sites. To achieve the objective, this position will need to closely engage with healthcare practioners and lead communications with non-clinical stakeholders such as hospital procurement, C-suites and IT.
 
[Responsibilities]
1) Develops mid-long term digital solution & pipeline strategy based on the alignment with WW / APAC Franchise
2) Develops commercial and business model and creates Korea specific software involved SOP 3) Develops market/account for quick technology adoption – ultimately generate revenue
4) Serves as a strategic partner with HEMA/RWE/GA to develop country-specific strategies for evidence generation for future market access opportunities
5) Responsibly manages administrative tasks; engaging of sales team, sharing outcomes of sales activities, etc.
6) Contributes to the sales goals by helping influence behavior change in customers such as product demonstrations/in-services, selling activities, and customer support trainings.
7) Sustainable relationship development with KOL for SaaS and SaMD productsPage 2 of 2
8) Works with surgeons and nursing staff in the development and execution of a plan to effectively integrate the SaaS or SaMD products at designated customer sites.
9) Drives utilization of products by collaborating with surgical teams to support usage of the technology.
10) Leads surgical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operations, OR integration, software uses and applications.
11) Develops and presents executive level presentations along with presentations to drive customer engagement.
 
[Requirements]
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
– Minimum of 5 years in progressive Healthcare Commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Sales Training, Business Development, Brand Marketing and/or Sales Management) with documented history of success.
– Proven record of achievement and leadership.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strategic, solution oriented thinker
– Strong capability to close deals
– Capable to travel up to 50% and access to surgical facilities Preferred:
– Knowledge of Operating Room, Hospital IT environment preferred
– Experiences in project management as project manager preferred
