Job Description

    The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing service excellence and supporting department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom or other software, and supporting customer service initiatives.


    • Provide highest level of customer support by answering emails and inbound calls.
    • Processes the customer’s order, quote, etc by entering into company systems timely and accurately.
    • Researches and expedites customer requests. Monitors and ensures delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements, verifies customer requests are processed correctly. Confirms special handling orders are expedited.
    • Expands product knowledge utilizing all available sources.
    • Strong attention to detail, accurate and maintains quality expectations.
    • Provides Live Chat support as required.

Job Requirements

    University degree, at least 2 year’s working experience in customer service sector


    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Korean
    • Good telephone manner
    • Proficiency in MS applications
