Job Description

About You 
The Assistant Brand Manager’s role is to drive long-term brand building to achieve the goal of the company, meeting consumer needs by different consumer motivation. Brand building at the heart of consumers requires strategic and comprehensive planning and consistent execution of action plan in the fierce competition.

About the Role

  • Assist in developing brand(s) strategy – Under limited supervision from Category Manager, responsible for collection/analysis of market information, estimation of potential sales, and assessment of customer preferences
  • Assist in developing annual brand(s) goal and 360 degree campaign plans (ATL plan, digital/ social activation, channel connection, etc.)
  • Contribute to the development of creative and activation, working with agencies and maintaining effective working relationships with cross-functional team members and contribute to the development of strong activation of media plan, ensuring activation relevant to Brand Strategy and Brand Credential
  • Lead the development of BTL programs and execution including digital/ social activation, POS, Promo pack, promotions under brand strategy and brand architecture
  • Coordinate and participate in various public relations efforts
  • Support Category Manager in preparing marketing internal reports
  • Lead the analysis and understanding of business variables, monitoring of competition, industry and consumer trends
    – Brand sales, depletion, and trends
    – Brand health and campaign or marketing activity evaluation
    – P&L including budget management
  • Lead format/pack renovations extensions through the plan-view process

Job Requirements

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages

  • University degree required
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Consumer Marketing
    * Open to candidates having customer marketing experience with marketing mindset and seeking a career in marketing
  • Past experiences should include:
    – Marketing/Communication
    – New product development/localization and project launch (cross team, function, country)
  • Knowledge in using various tools for STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning)
  • Good knowledge of digital media & SNS
  • Strong analytical skills, dynamic cross-functional coordination, and highly effective project management, presentation and communication skills
