As a leading cosmeceutical brand, we are witnessing huge economic opportunities in the global market and in order to accelerate cross-border e-commerce growth, we are now hiring a PROACTIVE sales executive  to accommodate a rapidly growing customer base and accelerating revenue.
Viana’s sales account executives develop new business with proactive/strategic approach and maintain ongoing business for long-term partnerships with clients. Our ideal account executive is competitive, revenue focused, disciplined in the process and a highly effective internal & external communicator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales strategies and tactics 
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers 
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge to develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers 
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Proactively act to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks
  • Proactively research potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources 
  • Process orders and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify new opportunities for market developments and new potential customers 
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a sales related position
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated commercial selling skills; strong business acumen and sales closing skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated collaborator with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish and develop partners in the region


PREFERRED SKILLS

  • French or Spanish as an additional language
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Marketing experience in beauty industry

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Job Type:  Full time
