We offer activity-based online video courses across a variety of categories including art-making, digital drawing, music production, and activities. Our courses are carefully curated and taught by top-trending artists and influencers in their fields with a growing community of 1000+ creators offering classes that consistently maintain a 98.5% satisfaction rate. CLASS101 delivers a class kit containing everything learners need to successfully take a course so they can get started right away without the hassle of shopping for supplies or equipment. We are the largest online hobby platform in South Korea. To spread our movement worldwide, we’ve started replicating the same success in the global market. Within a few months, we’ve reached 2M visits and a 98.5% satisfaction rate on our global site. After our rapid growth and the successful series A funding of 12 billion won ($10.53 million) in Korea, we are continuing our mission in the US.

Our Creator Account Managers seek for world’s best talents to open a course with us. Then they plan out the most attractive and thought-out lesson plans, class kits, and pricing while working closely with the creators. In this regard, this role is an end-to-end role, solely in charge of initial creator/influencer sourcing to class planning. However, depending on the candidates’ strengths and interests, they may initially focus on one end of the job, such as creator sourcing or class planning, and expand the range of responsibilities

Core responsibilities

  • Help the creator every step of the way to ensure their success on our platform. There are many tools and data that we collect along the way to help you make the best decisions, such as student survey, creator’s work to use for promotions, ads & marketing performance data, and more.
  • Ensure that the creator will make meaningful profit on our platform. You must understand the needs of creator’s community and be a business partner of the creator. This work includes, but not limited to, data analysis, copywriting, running promotions, etc.
  • Work with our directors during the production phase to ensure the quality of the content
  • Proactively suggest and drive the improvements of the product and operation workflow by analyzing trends and identifying gaps
  • This role requires a self-starter with experience in recruiting or working with creators and influencers. This role must deliver against aggressive business goals. You will take a leadership role to coordinate across multiple functional teams to bring together the best-in-class courses to our customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • An eye for potential talents and exceptional persuasion skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill to work with creators every step of the way
  • Adaptable and comfortable with frequent change working in the fast-paced environment
  • Strong entrepreneurship to be a business partner of our creators
  • Analytical and imaginative to understand performance data and drive actionable and creative insights


Preferred

  • Experience in working at startup
  • Experience in working with creators and influencers, and their community
  • Believe in Class101’s mission to build the world where everyone can live doing what they love


Other important notice

  • For this role, the candidate may work either in South Korea HQ or remotely depending on his/her situation.
  • If coming to Korea, CLASS101 will sponsor the working visa for Republic of Korea. (Please be noted we cannot guarantee the visa acquisition as the government makes final decision for visa approval.)

    **First round – Performance & experience interview**
